Dear Bible Lovers,
We are appealing to you to take part and carry on this unique venture "People of the World Inscribe the Bible" in your congregation.
We are listing down here the consecutive points to frame out the work plan and the tasks when you undertake the mission.
1. General
The status of your team is defined with us as "Central Entity" (C.E) . This definition relates to organization who undertakes to inscribe the whole Bible (old and new Testaments).
A central entity is responsible to the fulfillment of all the tasks and sub-tasks:
* Receiving the necessary materials, the division of the work among the chapters,
* instructing the working teams in the different chapters, * insisting to assure that the writing is only on the special template paper sheets provided by the Central Committee = (the team that runs the world project),
* distribution of the materials provided by the Central Committee (C.C) among the chapters, * control and follow up the operation through the network etc.
* The C.E. chooses the Bible version to be copied from. And the number of the Bible volumes they intend to produce, i.e. in case one or more churches prefer to create their own handwritten Bible.
* The C.E. is responsible to collect the written sheets from the net, arrange them ready for binding, and shipping them via diplomatic channel (the Israeli Embassy).
* The C.E. is authorized to decide to produce for itself a second copy of the Bible. Or to make photocopies of the written sheets.
* The C.E. is free to decide to introduce in between the pages art paintings and illustrations (originals) of known artists, children and adults. In such a case it is obliged to consult with the central committee of the Bible Valley Society.
* The C.E. will provide to the C.C.:
a) logo sample and address and email and telephone to be printed on the prospectus;
b) Personal Signature of the person who will sign the Personal Certificate.
2. Central Committee (C.C.) tasks:
C.C. will provide to C.E.:
* Special template paper sheets (approximately 3000 pages for a full Bible volume). There are 24,000 verses in the old and about 7,900 in the New Testament. * Printing the logo of the organization on the bottom of each of the paper sheets (templates). C.E. has to provide a logo to be printed.
* Printed two chapters of Genesis and two chapters of Matthew (the farther inscriptions will be performed from local Bible books) to be used in the inauguration event.
* An internet sample of duplicate paper sheet for the participants to test and training prior to the real inscription. (The C.E. will print and distribute these test sheets to the chapters).
* Internet sample of "Registration Form". The C.E. will type and distribute the sheets among the chapters. Every participant has to fill up the Form in order to get the personal Certificate.
* Personal special Certificate as award to confirm his/her participation.
* Computer program to insert into the names and the personal details of each of the participants and the specific verse he/she inscribed. (The data will be insert into the Bible Valley – People of the World Inscribe the Bible - internet web).
* Prospectuses to distribute among the communities, presenting the unique idea and the principles of the venture.
* C.D ROM or DVD of detailed practical guidance to the operating teams.
3. Work process:
- Establishing the C. E. organization team.
- Designing the map of the participating chapters.
- Establishing of the organization's teams in the different chapters.

4. Accurate guidance to inscribers:
C. E. will receive the template special paper sheets printed on top only with the name of the book (Genesis, Matthew, etc.). The operating team will handwrite the numbers of the chapters and the numbers of the verses. It is recommended to see that these numbers will be written on the pages by one of the team who is good in writing.
Each chapter starts on a new page (regardless how many lines left empty in the previous chapter last page).
It is a must to see that the verses and the chapter's consequential order will be strictly kept.
It is important to have participants trained prior to the real writing.
It is of utmost important to see that inscribers fill the personal registration form in readable writing. C.E. will have later to absorb these details into the computer program.
Also please see to it that the filling of the names of the inscribers on the personal Certificate will be done by someone of the team who can write nice letters.
5. Financing:
There are two categories of financing:
5.1. Fix amount to cover the organization and material stuff provided to the C. E. This part of financing is laid upon the inscribers as per verse.
C. E. decides the fee per verse (31,000 verses in a Bible full volume).
5.2. Donations of the inscribers and of third parties – personal and/or institutional.
5.3. The C. E. is said to organize and promote collection of donations. The inscribers' donations and the third parties donations are split on 50:50 basis between the C. E and the Bible Valley – P.W.I..B.
The first payment (par. 5.1.) will be deducted from the second category of financing ( namely, par. 5.2.& 5.3.).
